Adult Services

The Providence Center Adult Services division offers a comprehensive array of person-centered, recovery-focused treatment and services for severe and persistently mentally ill adults.

• Assertive Community Treatment Teams
  Intensive community-based services for clients who are at risk for hospitalization or who are in need of an intensive level of care to promote recovery.
• Continuing Treatment
  Addresses clients' clinical, rehabilitative and recovery needs in their homes, schools, and in the community.

Adult Services also offers solution-focused, substance abuse and mental health outpatient treatment that assists individuals, couples and families to attain optimal functioning at home, work and in society.

• Outpatient Counseling
  Behavioral Health Counseling for individuals with substance abuse and/or mental health related problems who are experiencing depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress and other mental health problems. Alcohol, drug or gambling addictions services are offered during the day and evenings.
• Women's Day Treatment
  An intensive substance abuse treatment program offered during the day that addresses the unique empowerment and recovery needs of addicted woman. Onsite childcare and transportation for Providence area residents are available.
• Quitting Time Addictions Recovery
  An intensive outpatient treatment program offered in the evening to men and women whose substance abuse treatment needs go beyond traditional outpatient counseling.
• Staying Connected
  Recovery coaches assist people experiencing mental health or substance abuse difficulties to remain engaged in support services during various phases of their treatment and recovery.
