Directions to Providence Center Locations

From 95 North:
Take exit 24 (Branch Avenue). Turn right off the exit. Continue to traffic light, go straight up the hill, Kentucky Fried Chicken will be on the right. Continue straight through first major intersection. The Providence Center parking lot is at the top of the hill on the right.

From 95 South:
Take exit 24 (Branch Avenue). Turn left off the exit. Continue to traffic light, go straight up the hill, Kentucky Fried Chicken will be on the right. Continue straight through first major intersection. The Providence Center parking lot is at the top of the hill on the right.

From 95 North:
Take the State House exit. At end of ramp, take left onto Orms Street. At first light, take a left onto Charles. Take your first right onto Hawes Street. The Providence Center is the only building on the street. (Parking is on the right, before the building).

From 95 South:
Take exit 24 (Branch Avenue). Turn left off the exit. Continue to traffic light. Take a right onto North Main Street. Go through 3 lights. On the right is the entry to a parking lot (sign is on the building and marks lot entry). Go down at least 1 level before parking.

111 Howard Avenue, Cranston, RI 
From 95 South:
Take Route 95 South. Take Exit 14 onto Route 37 West. Take first off ramp (0.4 miles) "Pontiac Avenue, Howard Center." Turn left at light on Pontiac Avenue and proceed to Howard Avenue (0.8 miles). Turn right onto Howard Avenue. Continue for 0.2 miles to stop sign. Take a right and travel 0.1 miles to a sign on left: MANUAL MATHIAS BUILDING. Take left (and stay toward the right) and travel up hill. At top of hill through parking area for staff and visitors, TPC entrance is after the MHRH Laboratory (last entrance door on right).

From 95 North:
Take Route 95 South. Take Exit 14 onto Route 37 West. Take first off ramp (0.4 miles) "Pontiac Avenue, Howard Center." Turn left at light on Pontiac Avenue and proceed to Howard Avenue (0.8 miles). Turn right onto Howard Avenue. Continue for 0.2 miles to stop sign. Take a right and travel 0.1 miles to a sign on left: MANUAL MATHIAS BUILDING. Take left (and stay toward the right) and travel up hill.At top of hill through parking area for staff and visitors, TPC entrance is after the MHRH Laboratory (last entrance door on right).

 
From 95 North or South:
Take the Rte. 6 exit. Stay in the right lane and take a right hand exit onto Rte. 6 West/RI 195. Exit to Interstate 295 North. Travel on 295 North to te. 44 West (Greenville) exit. Travel West to Chepachet and take Rte. 100 North. Stay on Rte. 100 all the way to Zambarano Hospital (you will see signs to Zambarano). When approaching the hospital grounds, take your third left up the hill and bear right. You will see the Talbot Long-Term Care facility on your left. There is a basketball hoop and gazebo in front of the building. (The building says "Nurses Home")

From 95 North: 
Take the State House exit.  At end of ramp, take left onto Orms Street.  At next traffic light, take a left onto Charles.  Take the first right onto Stevens Street.  The Providence Center is the only building on the street. To access the parking lot, continue on Stevens Street to North Main Street. Take a right onto North Main Street. The entrance to the parking lot is on the right just past the building. Use the building entrance on North Main Street with the long green canopy.

From 95 South:
Take exit 24 (Branch Avenue).  Turn left off the exit.  Continue to the next traffic light.  Take a right onto North Main Street.  Go through three lights.  TPC is a red brick building across the street from the Whole Foods Plaza. Just past the building is the entry to the parking lot.  Use the building entrance on North Main Street with the long green canopy.
