Charles E. Maynard Society Membership
The Charles E. Maynard Society was formed to recognize individuals, corporations and foundations that have made a significant philanthropic investment in The Providence Center.
Investing in The Providence Center and becoming a member of The Charles E. Maynard Society is as simple and convenient as:
- Giving a cumulative gift to The Providence Center totaling $10,000 or more
- Making a bequest to The Providence Center with a value of $10,000 or more
- Establishing a charitable trust in The Providence Center's name
- Giving a new or existing life insurance policy to The Providence Center
- Establishing an endowment fund in the name of The Providence Center with a minimum contribution of $10,000
- Naming The Providence Center as the beneficiary of a retirement plan valued at $10,000 or more
The benefits of membership in The Charles E. Maynard Society:
- You will help to support The Providence Center’s mission: to help adults and children affected by psychiatric illnesses, emotional problems, and addictions by providing treatment and supportive services within a community setting.
- You will receive a beautiful, distinctive pin identifying you as a member of The Charles E. Maynard Society.
- You will be invited to participate in an investiture ceremony.
- Your name will be engraved on the Society's plaque displayed at The Providence Center’s Child and Family facility located on 520 Hope Street.
- You’ll be welcomed at an exclusive annual gathering of Society members.
