Group Homes

The Providence Center Group Homes offer residential services for severe and persistently mentally ill adults who need 24-hour supervision and assistance to perform adult daily living skills. Off-site nursing and psychiatric services are available.  All residents receive clinical and rehabilitative services either at The Providence Center or in the community.
