Supervised Apartments

The Providence Center's Supervised Apartments offer residential services for Providence Center clients who are in need of 24-hour supervision but have acquired some basic living skills. Off-site nursing and psychiatric services are available.  All residents receive clinical and rehabilitative services either at The Providence Center or in the community.
