Congratulations to Deborah O’Brien, MPA, president and chief operating officer of The Providence Center and senior vice president of nursing, Care New England, who was recently awarded the College of Nursing Dean’s Award at the University of Rhode Island’s 14th annual Distinguished Achievement Award celebration.
