Overview

The Oasis Wellness & Recovery Center is a peer-run recovery and wellness center for adults living with mental health challenges. Oasis provides a welcoming, non-clinical space where people can connect with others, build wellness skills, and find support from individuals with lived experience in mental health recovery.

At Oasis, recovery is built on empowerment, peer support, advocacy, social connection, and overall wellness. Programs and activities are created by people who understand the recovery journey firsthand.

Oasis offers a variety of peer-led programs and recovery-focused services, including:

  • Peer support in a safe, welcoming environment

  • Educational workshops and personal development opportunities

  • Mental health advocacy

All activities take place in a substance-free recovery environment that encourages connection, wellness, and personal growth.

  • In recovery from mental illness

  • Looking for peer support and wellness-focused recovery services

Services are available without a referral or formal mental health diagnosis. Individuals are welcome to contact Oasis directly, and most services are offered free of charge.

How to Get Started

Getting started is simple.

You can:

  • Call or email Oasis directly
  • Walk in during operating hours for many drop-in and peer support services
  • Be referred by a behavioral health provider, hospital, community organization, or case manager

Oasis staff can help you find the services, groups, or activities that best fit your needs. If additional support is needed, they can also connect you with other community resources.
